Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the required timeframe.
